Thank you for using Macro.xyz (“the Bot”), developed and maintained by the Macro Development Team (“we”, “our”, “us”). By inviting, using, or interacting with the Bot, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may remove the Bot from your server.

By using the Bot, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age required by Discord’s Terms of Service in your region).
You have the necessary permissions to add and use the Bot in a Discord server.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the Bot only in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord’s Terms of Service.
Refrain from using the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Not attempt to exploit or modify the Bot’s functionality without permission.

If your actions result in abuse reports, automated bans, or system flags, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access.

4. Data and Security

The Bot may collect and temporarily store limited Discord data (e.g., user IDs, message IDs, server IDs) strictly for operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We make reasonable efforts to protect this data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep the Bot operational and updated. However, uptime, performance, and feature availability are not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Macro.xyz and its developers are not liable for:

Any loss or damage resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the Bot.
Any data loss, server moderation outcomes, or Discord-related issues.

The Bot is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove, disable, or restrict the Bot from any server at our discretion, with or without notice, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at this link. Continued use of the Bot after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
